JANINE NERISSA | PRODUCER
Janine’s passion for the arts began at the age of three, dancing with the British Ballet Association. At the age of eleven she was offered a scholarship by the Royal Ballet but an injury precluded her from pursuing this opportunity. Originally part of the Kingston Youth Orchestra, Janine is a trained and accomplished musician, playing the piano and first violin.
Following a successful career in the City of London and having raised her four children, she began her entertainment career as an actress and producer, running a theatre group and production company, for which she secured both private investment and government grants.
RICHARD WATTS-JOYCE | CFO
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in finance. A Chartered Tax Adviser by background, Richard established an award winning international tax practice specialising in high net worth entrepreneurs, entertainers and professional sportspersons, building out a global network of over 100 partner firms.
Richard brings his expertise to Hereford in financial structures and planning for investors, EIS and SEIS tax arrangements and the corporate side of Hereford’s own business entities and production of film and media worldwide.
CHRIS ELLISON | NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HEREFORD TV
One of the best-loved faces on British television for the past 3 decades, thanks to his iconic role as DI Frank Burnside in the long-running ITV drama The Bill and its various spin offs, Chris has also starred in 4 Hereford Films including the We Still Kill The Old Way series and The Krays - Dead Man Walking. He has joined the team at Hereford TV in a consultancy capacity and shares his vast experience of television drama with the team.

PETER OXLEY | EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
A lifelong film fan with an encyclopaedic movie knowledge, Peter's enthusiasm for Hereford Films lead to him becoming a regular and valued investor and Executive Producer across the company's production slate. In addition, today he heads up Hereford's social media team, combining his 50 year love of British movies with a passion and drive to promote the company's output.
ADAM STEPHEN KELLY | SVP
Adam started his career as a journalist and has written extensively for Rolling Stone. In 2014, he made his debut as a writer and director with the award-winning and critically-acclaimed short film Done In. The following year, he directed the action thriller Kill Kane, starring Vinnie Jones.
